Composition of the Cadiz City Water District

The Cadiz City Water District is composed of Five (5) Board of Directors, a General Manager and downstream employees. The members of the Board represents the: Civic, Business, Professional, Education and Women’s sectors. Each director is appointed by the City Mayor to serve for a specific term. Their function is to formulate Policies for implementation by the General Manager, as embodied in PD 198.

Cadiz City Water District is mandated to acquire, install, improve, maintain and operate water supply and distribution system for domestic and industrial uses of residents within the boundaries of Cadiz City.

On January 16, 2020, CCWD entered into a Joint Venture with Primewater Infrastructure Corp. Later, the structural was change into a simple Staffing Pattern consisting of the existing Contract Monitoring Unit (CMU).
